Returns Policy


For change of mind

  • We offer a refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • Items must be returned in original condition
  • Initial postage will not be refunded 
  • You are liable for the cost of postage to return the item

For Faulty Items

  • Please email or call on 0447777682 to advise of your need to return an item.
  • We will discuss return options available to best suit you.  

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned unless faulty.

Beeswax products
Sanitary products
Baby products

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
We will then process your refund using your original method of payment used to purchase the item. This will be be either credit card or Afterpay. 

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
There is often some processing time before a refund is cleared.

Special Clearance Items 
Only regular priced or standard sale items may be refunded, unfortunately special clearance items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless item is damaged or faulty.

If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping to you will also be deducted from your refund amount. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
